Located at 2548 Congress St Ste G, San Diego, CA 92110, Old Town Urban Market operates as a food court serving San Diego in California. This page gathers the practical details people usually look for before visiting: where it is, how to reach it, when it opens and how customers rate it. Besides its main category, the business also describes itself as bar, market, restaurant, so it may cover more than the name suggests.

These businesses tend to have short hours built around lunch and early dinner rather than late-night service, so checking the listed hours before heading out in San Diego saves a wasted trip. Seating is often limited or first-come, and many locations lean toward takeout or delivery rather than dining in. Prices are generally lower than full-service restaurants in the same category, which makes this group a reliable option for a fast, inexpensive meal across California. Portions can be smaller at food-court counters than at a stand-alone restaurant, so ordering two items is common for a full meal. Many of these businesses are independently owned even inside a shared food hall, so hours, accepted payment methods and whether a counter takes online orders can differ from stall to stall within the same building.

Hours are published for 7 days a week. On most of those days it is open 7 am–9 pm. Hours in the United States do change around federal holidays and long weekends, so a quick call before a special trip is sensible. The listed phone number is (619) 995-5510. Many businesses also reply to text messages on the same number if it is a cell phone. Its website is oturbanmarket.com, where you may find menus, price lists or booking options.

Clean area, a few interesting places to get food drinks and snacks from. Plenty of tables in the shade and I appreciated the clean restrooms as well. Thanks to Gabriela and her partner for telling me about their little shop, Hola Paris. I enjoyed the spirulina oatmilk with agave cinnamon and fold flakes. Not as sweet as I would have liked but a unique experience. Can't wait to go back!!

My new favorite spot!! I literally spent last weekend getting something from each vendor! First, I started off with a horchata cold brew and Payaso donut from Barrio Donas. The coffee was perfectly balanced, not bitter and not too sweet. I saved my donut for after and it was so different from usual. The dark chocolate cover was thick and crunchy and the perfect balance to the dough that wasn't as sweet but super fluffy. The marshmallow center took me back to the ice cream sundaes of my childhood! For lunch we got a Birria taco, quesadilla and a torta from Tuetano. The torta was my favoriteeee but they were all delicious. The birria is tender, juicy and soooo flavorful. The bone marrow is on the heavier side and fattier but that's to be expected. My daughter loved it. I wanted to try Flor so I got their Flor breakfast burrito. It was the perfect balance of everything. No eggs but instead these perfectly seasoned pieces of steak in this rich sauce that again reminded me of this comforting stew my dad used to make. Paired with cabbage and cilantro this dish hit home and is definitely big enough to share! We then tried the elote in a cup and the corn was cooked perfectly. I could have

I took my family to the market for the first time last week because I had heard of the place from my friends. As we walked in, we noticed the beautiful murals on the outside. It’s such a fun place and so cute inside. The kids really wanted corn and donuts so we grabbed a couple of each and sat down and enjoyed. You definitely need to try the Horchata cold brew from the donut shop(Barrio Donas) . It was the best I had definitely coming back for more.

Perfect spot to have tasty coffee (Por Vida) with your best friend & puppy. Plenty of seating, outdoor dining, and overall good vibes. A TON of people when we came the week of Halloween/Dia de Los Muertos. Free parking a couple of blocks away if you’re willing to walk a bit. Plenty of other shops around if you like to stack different food options.
